I think this 4th episode is the turning point. Ji An 's relationship with both of the guys got some the development. Ji An is thinking to give the Doctor a chance and on the other hand some of her misunderstanding with Tae Kang are cleared. At the end of the episode Ji An and we got the anticipated good news.
